Arantech is a provider of Customer Experience Management (CEM) systems for communications service providers enabling them to manage one-to-one relation-ships with their customers that optimize revenues, service and network performance. CEM is about monitoring customer centric OSS domain data for every customer in real time and using it to enable business decisions and support tools. Data is taken from all customer touch points. Touch points are every point of interaction a customer has with a service provider’s operational and business platforms, like acquisition, service provisioning, service usage, billing, customer retention. Arantech’s CEM platform helps operators to transform the way they service their customer and the way their internal organization responds to customer needs, thus supporting both the executive and the operational level of a service provider. All of Arantech's products deliver a rapid and strong ROI by identifying customer-centric issues ('the experience gap') in real time and enable behavioural segmentation of their customer base which today is not possible through existing Operational and Business Support Systems (B/OSS).

In April 2009, Arantech was acquired by Tektronix Communications.
